Quantum K36
A ballast-free potassium fertilizer with a high content of “organic” potassium, enriched with a complex of organic acids.
Product information
- K2O – 36% (360 g/L)
- pH – 6.5–8.0

- Enriched with a complex of organic acids
- Contains no filler components
- Density – 1.40–1.47 kg/L
Action and Effects of the Microfertilizer
The product contains potassium in the form of compounds with organic acids, which are:
- an ideal source of potassium for foliar feeding—up to 5 times better absorption;
- the organic acids in the product are rapidly assimilated by plants and easily converted into carbohydrates, which helps improve the ripening of fruits and berries and enhances their flavor.
Potassium and the regulation of water and gas exchange in plant leaves.
The effect of potassium on carbohydrate accumulation.
Potassium is a mobile element and is present in the form of salts in the cell sap. Water movement within the plant and the rate of respiration depend on its concentration. Potassium regulates the processes of transpiration and respiration by controlling the opening and closing of stomata (see fig.), therefore, when potassium is present in sufficient quantities, turgor (the fluid content in cells) is maintained and water loss (plant wilting) is reduced under conditions of drought and hot weather.
Potassium promotes the growth of xylem vessels, thereby improving the transport of sugars and the accumulation of carbohydrates.
The highly effective “organic” potassium formulation “Quantum-K36” ensures efficient and rapid absorption and uptake of potassium through the leaf surface.

Kvadrat offers the functional formulations Quantum K36 and Quantum Aquasil for plant fertilization under conditions of drought and hot weather; their use significantly reduces the negative effects of high temperatures and moisture deficiency. The silicon-containing fertilizer Quantum Aquasil also exhibits a broad anti-stress effect: against drought, heat, frost, lodging, pests, diseases, and more. The Quantum K36 fertilizer is also used to increase carbohydrate content in fruits and improve their flavor due to the high potassium content in the mixture with organic acids.
Application Guidelines
In cases of potassium deficiency (as determined by visual or laboratory diagnosis), repeated applications at 7–10-day intervals are recommended for all crops (especially fruit, berry, and vegetable crops). For best results, we recommend applying this product in combination with other formulations according to the application schedules for the respective crop.
Spraying
When applying foliar (non-root) fertilization, the application rate of the working solution is: 200–400 L/ha for field and vegetable crops, and 500–1,000 L/ha for grapes and fruit crops. Treatments are performed using standard sprayers. The working solution is prepared immediately before application. Fill the tank 2/3 full with water and, while stirring, add the components one after another, waiting until the previous component is thoroughly mixed in. Spraying should be done in the morning or evening. The optimal air temperature is 10–25°C, with wind speeds up to 5 m/s.
Warning. Treatment is not recommended under conditions of low or high air temperatures, intense solar radiation, or strong winds.
Compatibility with Other Agrochemicals
“Quantum” can be applied in combination with plant protection products and other fertilizers; however, it is not recommended to combine fertilization with herbicide treatment during the early stages of plant development. It is recommended to check the compatibility of the products before mixing: a test solution should not form a precipitate. Slight cloudiness is acceptable.
