Returns

1. General Return Conditions

Products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days
from the date of receipt, in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

To initiate a return or exchange, the customer should contact company representatives
using the contact details provided on the website agrovio.com.ua.

2. Return of IBC Containers

The return of IBC containers is covered by the manufacturer,
provided that the quantity corresponds to a full truckload,
which is at least 52 units.

If the quantity is less than указаного обсягу, the cost of returning
the containers is borne by the customer.

3. Special Delivery Conditions for Certain Products

Certain products may be delivered at the manufacturer’s expense,
depending on the order volume.

• Quantum DIAFAN – delivery is covered by the manufacturer
  for orders starting from 10 tons.
  For smaller volumes, delivery costs are paid by the customer.
• Quantum micronutrients – delivery is covered by the manufacturer
  for orders starting from 4000 liters.
  For smaller volumes, delivery costs are paid by the customer.

Final delivery and return conditions are уточнюються during order confirmation.
