IN-FURROW technology
IN-FURROW technology is the application of any preparations (fertilizers, 33P, microbial preparations, growth regulators, etc.) into the seed furrow or in the immediate vicinity of the seed during sowing (as a special case, the term POP-UP is used for the application of fertilizers only).
The main goal is to maximize the starting effect and minimize the negative stress factors that occur at the beginning of plant development, i.e. at the time when the plant is most vulnerable.

In this system, the application rate is set by a crane and is set before the start of sowing without the possibility of adjustment during sowing.

The main feature of Agxcel’s pumping system is the ability to control both the total fertilizer consumption and the consumption of each coulter during sowing, monitoring its condition for contamination or leakage. A big advantage is that the control is not carried out by electronics (which are prone to breakdowns in the field), but by conventional mechanics based on the principle of hydrodynamics, which is highly reliable. Despite its apparent simplicity, this system is considered one of the best in the United States. The minimal amount of electronics allows the equipment to operate for a long time (with proper maintenance and storage).
Another advantage is that it is suitable for both holdings and small farms. The system is delivered in a fully assembled form, which allows the consumer to install it independently.
