Payment and delivery

On the website agrovio.com.ua, you can place an order for products,
after which a manager will contact you to уточнити the details,
payment terms, and delivery conditions.

1. Delivery Methods

Orders can be delivered using one of the following methods:

• Pickup from the AGROVIO warehouse – free of charge.
• Nova Poshta delivery service – according to carrier rates.
• Delivery service Delivery – according to carrier rates.
• Other transport companies in Ukraine – according to carrier rates.

The final delivery cost and conditions depend on the выбранного method,
order volume, and delivery location.

2. Product Shipment Conditions

Only certified products are presented on the website.
Fertilizer shipment can be carried out in the following ways:

• bulk loading into truck or railway tanks;
• in IBC containers.

In case of shipment in IBC containers, an additional
$0.10 per 1 kg of fertilizers is added to the product cost.

3. Return of IBC Containers

The return of IBC containers is covered by the manufacturer,
provided that the quantity corresponds to a full truckload
(at least 52 units).

If the quantity is smaller, the cost of returning the containers
is borne by the customer.

4. Special Delivery Conditions for Certain Products

Certain products may be delivered at the manufacturer’s expense
depending on the order volume.

• Quantum DIAFAN – delivery is covered by the manufacturer
  for orders starting from 10 tons.
  For smaller volumes, delivery costs are paid by the customer.
• Quantum micronutrients – delivery is covered by the manufacturer
  for orders starting from 4000 liters.
  For smaller volumes, delivery costs are paid by the customer.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days
from the date of receipt in accordance with Ukrainian legislation.

To arrange a return or exchange, the customer should contact
company representatives using the contact details provided on the website.

6. Important Shipping Information

Please note that at temperatures below 0°C,
product shipment is not carried out due to the risk of freezing
and potential deterioration of product quality.

7. Payment

No online payments are processed on agrovio.com.ua.
After placing an order, a manager will contact the customer
to agree on payment terms, delivery conditions, and other details.
