Action and Effects of Micronutrients

A highly effective product for preventing boron deficiency and supplying plants with boron. When applied, the product optimizes carbohydrate synthesis and transport, redox reactions, protein and nucleic acid metabolism, and phytohormone synthesis.

Boron improves

  • the functioning of the phloem vascular system in plants;
  • increases the number of flowers and improves their pollination;
  • the flowering process;
  • plant immunity;
  • resistance to root and fruit rot.

Application Method

Foliar application

When applying foliar (non-root) fertilization, the application rate of the working solution is:

  • for field and vegetable crops – 200–400 L/ha,
  • for vineyards and fruit crops – 500–1,000 L/ha.

Treatments are performed using standard sprayers. The working solution is prepared immediately before application. Fill the tank 2/3 full with water and, while stirring, add the components one at a time, waiting until the previous component is thoroughly mixed in. Spraying should be done in the morning or evening. The optimal air temperature is +10–25°C, with wind speeds up to 5 m/s.

Warning. Treatment is not recommended under conditions of low or high air temperatures, intense solar radiation, or strong winds.

Compatibility with Other Agrochemicals

It can be applied in combination with plant protection products and other fertilizers. Before mixing, it is recommended to check the compatibility of the products: a test preparation of the working solution should not produce a precipitate. Slight cloudiness is permissible.

In cases of boron deficiency—particularly as indicated by visual or laboratory diagnosis—repeat applications at 7–10-day intervals are recommended for all crops (especially fruit, berry, and vegetable crops).

Proventus Ultra Bor is a fertilizer with the highest boron
content and maximum solubility compared to other borates
