Quantum AquaSil
A highly concentrated, complex fertilizer for foliar feeding of agricultural, vegetable, fruit, and ornamental crops. It contains a special formulation of silicon and potassium with added humic substances for better absorption.
Product information
- SiO₂ – 20% (200 g/L);
- K₂O – 10% (100 g/L);
- Density – 1.20–1.25 kg/L
- Also contains a complex of biologically active substances
Action and Effects of the Microfertilizer
This fertilizer contains plant-available forms of silicon and potassium combined with humic substances. It is used for foliar feeding of agricultural, vegetable, fruit, and ornamental crops to:
- form strong, viable cell walls in the epidermal tissues to prevent unproductive water transpiration;
- maintaining potassium balance in stomatal cells;
- reducing transpiration under drought conditions;
- improving plant cooling during hot weather;
- creating additional barriers against pests and diseases;
- strengthening cell walls;
- increasing the strength of the stem in dicotyledonous plants and the grass canopy in monocotyledonous plants (cereal grasses, corn, forage and lawn grasses);
- extended fruit storage life;
- strengthening plant immunity.

The positive effect of silicon on plant growth and development is based on increased plant resistance to biotic and abiotic stresses (Source: J.F. Ma, N. Yamaji, 2006).
20–30% of the silicon present in a plant’s body may be involved in the process of
maintaining internal water reserves.
Application Method
Foliar Spraying
When applying foliar fertilization, the application rate of the working solution is:
- for field crops – 200–400 L/ha;
- for grapes and fruit crops – 500–1,000 L/ha;
- for berry crops (strawberries, wild strawberries) – 200–400 L/ha;
- for bush berries (currants, gooseberries) – 300–500 L/ha;
- for lawn grasses – 300–1,000 L/ha (5–10 L/100 m²);
- for tall ornamental trees – 8–10 liters per tree;
- for low-growing, young trees and shrubs – 5 L/plant.
Treatments are performed using standard sprayers. The working solution is prepared immediately before application. Fill the tank 2/3 full with water and, while stirring, add the components one at a time, waiting until the previous component is thoroughly mixed in.
Caution: Spray in the morning or evening. The optimal air temperature is 10–25°C, with wind speeds up to 5 m/s. Treatment is not recommended under conditions of low or high air temperatures, intense solar radiation, or strong winds.
Compatibility with Other Agrochemicals
When using Quantum AquaSil fertilizer in tank mixtures, pay special attention to water quality and the preparation of the working solution. It is recommended to apply Quantum AquaSil separately from other agrochemicals.
For best results, we recommend applying this fertilizer in combination with other products according to the application guidelines for the respective crop.
